1952 Topps Mickey Mantle - QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY

I purchased 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card on Ebay two weeks ago. Sent it to PSA to get authenicated. The seller claims he's sold two others that both were graded and authentic by PSA but this one wasn't. The status posted this morning is QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY.

I contact the seller and I can return the card. What do you guys think of the card? What looks wrong?

Well, the seller in the description stated they are selling it as a reprint...

I know but through the Ebay messaging system he told me he thought the card was real "I have sold 3 and all have checked out. Thus looks and feels the same.Thanks"

I'm not an expert on this particular card...but the printing looks way off to me. I would return this card. And I don't think I would ever buy this card raw. Thankfully the seller isn't giving you a hard time about returning the card.

Also, if you think about it...why would the seller leave thousands of dollars on the table by not grading the card if it was legit?

There is zero reason to sell a 'real' 52 Mantle for $750 un-authenticated. He lied to sell you a reprint, start the process to get your money back ASAP.

He lied and is shady as you can tell from his feedback. I would send back and get my money back. There are a lot of reprints out there just like Aaron Rc

If it's raw, it's fake. End of story. If it was real, they would get it graded and add $15,000 of value to the card.

How much did PSA charge you? If you only listed walk-through for $250 they probably didn't even look at it.
$800 Premium is the going rate for '52T Mantles (over $10,000).

So even if you can get a refund on eBay, you will still be out $1000 in grading fees. Ouch man, cmon now.

Name any dealer in the WORLD that currently has more than 3 legit 1952 Mickey Mantles in stock......

I'm from the west coast so the term "beach" usually refers to ocean front property, not lake, but you get the gist.
