I am loving COMC. I started selling on there in October to teach my son about collecting and buying/selling and I've almost completely moved my selling from eBay only to COMC. The added exposure of Amazon along with the buying community on COMC have been fantastic. The 20% hurts (I need to make sure I price to account for it), but not having to ship every single sale is awesome. My son (who is only 7) loves going on there looking for deals and collecting his favorite players and it's a great way to share collecting with him. Looking to continue moving up the seller leaderboard!

Yup, same.

Is COMC back to loading all cards on the due date? I've noticed that's the case for my last few expedited submissions, and my latest basic submission of 700 cards, due Feb 13, hasn't had a single card drop.

My latest sub completed 2 days early. About half last week and then roughly the other half a few days before due date. There were little 1's and 2's that trickled in during the middle of the two large drops.

I think the post office lost my latest package from COMC. It has been in transient out of Seattle to Maryland since January 22nd.

I miss the free $5 for buying so many cards each month.

You may want to send them an email; I didn't see any blog post saying they were going to stop it. But it doesn't seem to be tracking items shipped for me this month, which is what got you the $5 rebate on the 1st of the next month.

The $5 shipping credit went missing last January too. I think it might be a programming glitch.

It seems to disappear almost every month, then it gets added back by the dev team when people start talking about how it's not there. I'd bet that they're waiting for a full month to pass without it being mentioned, so then they can phase it out altogether...

Well I emailed them about it, so hope some others will do the same. $5 isn't much but when I'm averaging 2-3 100 card shipments a month it adds up.

No credit for me this morning, but there were also no storage fees. Sounds like a glitch with the site...

And I'd be okay with it staying that way. Could you imagine no storage fees? Me neither!

No worries...I'm sure the'll fix that glitch as soon as possible.

Last weekend, they posted on their FB how they had released version 5000 of their internal software...I'm thinking 5001 will be out pretty quickly, once they realize they didn't take everyone's storage fees.

Anyone hear anything about them changing their fees policy? It might have been mentioned in some earlier post but I did not go through this whole thread

I doubt they will change/lower fees anytime soon. Seems business and submissions have been high volume so why change? (In their eyes)

There was talk about possible fee changes in the new year, but that was months ago and nothing has happened yet...except for the fact that the $5 shipping bonus seems to have been eliminated.

Storage fees are a cash cow for them, I don't see them changing that anytime soon, if ever.

Idk I've heard from people that they are doing away with their cashout fees altogether and that at some point you will be able to actually cash out for gift certificates to your LCS. But those may just be rumors.

And my fees for storage were just taken out. No shipping rebate as of just now.

If they did 0% cashout, I doubt anyone would prefer a lcs gift cert. Plus that would take alot of manpower to coordinate with all the lcs stores.

If comc would drop to 10%....sky's the limit

COMC doesn't have the resources to coordinate with LCS - they barely talk to the ones located in the Seattle area, as it...going national couldn't happen. And, it's not like every LCS is even aware of COMC; it makes you wonder what they do with all the "advertising/marketing" money they collect from sales.

Quick question? If a submission is 89% complete and you have not received any notification of any damaged cards yet does that mean there were none? Or, will they send it at the end?
