Westbrook should get 5 MVP trophies this year. To have this team 7 over in the west is crazy. Outside of Kanter and Adams and maybe sometimes Dipo, this is a collection of below average players.

I think harden is 50/50 with him right now for the MVP. I think Westbrook is doing what others could with this team such as a lebron, Durant or harden, maybe a few others.

The upcoming 2nd half is going to get really ugly and fast IMO. Warriors just aren't making shots while the thunder are on par for their season average ppg

Pleasantly surprised it's tied at half, considering no Steven Adams too. Still expecting the Warriors offense to turn it up in the 2nd half but hey hanging in there!

40 point triple doubles don't suck....Houston is really going off, great record...and really the same type of role players with no other All Stars.

Yeah he shoots a lot, probably too much. 3-10 tonight so far.

But the MVP might boil down to Houston's success. Harden getting more out of his team and the win column. But if Russ won who would argue...

Kanter is so good. Everybody goes gaga over Westbrook (rightfully so) but when Westbrook is having one of those terrible shooting nights, this guy can keep them in games. It just seems like he never misses.

The rest of the team is bad, but Kanter and Adams are both big time centers. It's a shame they can't effectively play together a ton.

It's really a shame they have two guys that are so skilled on one side of the ball (Kanter for offense, Roberson for Defense) but are so awful at the other (Kanter's D is atrocious and Roberson has ZERO offense..the dude can't even make free throws) that it basically cancels out their effectiveness
