Default Ebay Advice needed! Please help.

A buyer hit a $0.99 BIN (immediate payment) on a digital insert card I had listed. The title had 'digital' clearly mentioned as did the description. The card was just an insert card; no autograph, no relic. The buyer didn't mention his Topps ID in the purchase, so I messaged him asking for it.

The following exchange ensued:

Me: Please send me your Topps Huddle ID so I can send item
Buyer: The [name of player purchased]

Me: This is a digital item as per title and description. Need Huddle Topps ID to send to you as stated.
Buyer: This one. Learn how to use eBay.

Question: How would you recommend I proceed from here?

I could cancel the deal and refund the buyer's money, but he seems unnecessarily rather hostile. He may leave neg feedback, though unwarranted.

Of course I'm not sure how to send the item to him via Huddle without ID. Not sure what else to do.

Ebay buyer ID: soto_corp

All this over some cents...

Maybe he means send to soto_corp? I would see if that is an account.

Try to send to that name. If it fails, message him again and just let him keep being snarky for no reason.

This whole digital card thing is super weird enough as is.

Cancel and block. State item no longer available. Good riddance to the little punk.

Buyer: The [name of player purchased]

Is that not it?

Cancel it and don't worry about it. About 10% of my digital sales are to people who have no idea they are purchasing a digital card.

Then come back here and explain all of this to the people in the thread who don't get the digital thing.
