Indeed.

Fairfax has over 50% of the precincts in and if Clinton repeats the next 50% she only makes up 50K votes.

But she's down 120K!

There is one county that hasn't reported anything yet. The north looks pretty red from the map I saw. The counties that Clinton has a lead in has a small percentage in.
