Hit 31 today and got my Dragonite. Dex is now at 135. Need only 10 candies for machamp.

Then a bit more on others. Only ones I can't walk are chancy and aerodactyl.

I must Say I enjoyed the Event, Crossed off about 15 or so from the Pokedex but my 10k Were a bit disapointing

I hatched four 10k eggs during the event, and I'm very happy with the results. I got:

Eevee (90-ish IVs, it turned into a Flareon with an excellent moveset)
Hitmonlee
Hitmonchan
Kabuto (which gave me enough candies to get a Kabutops!)

Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Kabutops are three of my favorite of the original Pokemon, so I'm thrilled with the results. I also ended up with enough candies from the event to get a Weezing, a Gengar (obviously!), a Primeape, a Magneton, and nearly a Victreebel and the Nidoran evolutions. The event was a complete success in my eyes, and helped reconnect me with some of my favorite Pokémon from many years ago. I still have my favorite, Charmeleon, to go (not Charizard, not Charmander, but Charmeleon). I'm now more excited than ever to hatch more 2ks to get the candies needed.

Are you guys jealous of those users who are in poor GPS reception area and get 5-10km per day just from gps drift?

I've figured out a way to make it happen intentionally. Everyday, when I sit down to work, I always just leave my phone plugged in playing Pogo and collect the hourly spawns from the 1 spawn near my house (I work from home). Normally, I get about .25-.5km just from my guy roaming around my property every now and then. However, the day before yesterday, I happened to set my phone down on my closed, but running, laptop (docking station). My phone started buzzing like crazy a couple minutes later. I look over, and my guy is running all around the neighborhood.

Turns out that something in my laptop causes interference with the GPS in the phone resulting in GPS drift. It doesn't cause it to happen constantly but when it does, he was getting ~.25km every 20min. Obviously, this is very YMMV. Two nights ago I left my phone in my office when I went to sleep with 115 geodude candies. I woke up 7hrs later with 138 and 2 eggs hatched.

I added 2 more to the Pokedex yesterday with my 5Ks. Closing in on level 28. Porygon(971) and Tangela(977) each had about 40 candies as well.

Gonna go for a walk shortly and pop 2 2Ks. Praying for starters, and should hatch another 2 5K's before the day is over.

The Weedle candies continue to climb. sitting at 1600 now.

fortunately, i'm one of those people kinar mentioned... my gps wanders.. could be the phone, could be the carrier. i have a samsung galaxy s5 with sprint. i can usually hatch 2km eggs just sitting at work, but i was hanging out after volleyball and my friend had his phone out and he had never really played the game, but my guy kept wandering and his was super still the entire time we were talking and he has an apple 6s with verizon.

Happy the event is still going. .5 away from hatching a 10k and about 1.5 from a 5 so hoping it's stuff I need to collect a hoard of candy (Machop, Diglett, Dodio, Dratini)

I do that while I am at work.
for the past few days. I am able to walk on average of 10-15 KMS

BOOOOOOM my 2km egg was 473 geodude.. 20 candies..that helps a tonnnnn. i was going to need 30 candies to avoid evolving a weak graveler, but now i can just walk a geodude today to get the last 10 candy! just got the last 2 candy walking my voltorb. guess it only took my gps less than an hour to go .67km

Nice, don't forget, if you delete the extras is 2 Candy until the update. Might save you half a block on the geodude lol.

Good Luck. Went out last night to get that last 3km on my wifes 10k....Eevee wasn't worth losing that hour or 2 of sleep lol.

aside from powering up my Snorlax and Blastoise I haven't done a thing with my stardust. I'm sitting at about 300,000

got my geodude candy during lunch so next lucky egg will be Electrode, Golem, Machoke, Machamp!

that will put me at 141... 84k till level 29.
had switched dratini as my buddy but now that it's all back to normal, switched it to magikarp lol.

Oh Lapras.. i have a particular set of eggs that make me a nightmare for pokemon like you.. i will find you and i will add you to my pokedex..

btw having this magikarp having seizures on the bottom left of my screen is pretty distracting lol
