Also, anyone know if it's true that:

- Pokemon caught by Valor are 25% higher CP on average.

- Pokemon evolved by Mystic are 25% higher CP on average.

- Pokemon hatched by Instinct are 25% higher CP on average.

I think this would be impossible to verify and I also think that it's false. If two people find a Pokémon and both are lvl 30, the Pokémon is always the same CP regardless of team.

I remember seeing an evolved Pokémon chart stating the multiplier for each one so I think that is false as well.

It would make sense as each team is supposed to have an individual advantage.

You could certain do the first two pretty easily if you have a buddy at the same level. The hatched one would be near impossible.

No, people at the same level could record for example the cps of all of the eevees they hatch or any specific pokemon and youd be able to tell.

As for the 10km egg collecting it took me a month to get 9 of them.. last one took like 2 weeks by itself. Takes some patience!

You would still need two people with the same eggs to get the same Pokémon at the same time. Much harder than having two people catch and/or evolve from the same level.

Theres no such thing as people having the 'same egg' but if nate for example was valor and he recorded all the pidgeys he hatched at lvl 27 then strider had recorded all the pidgeys he hatched when he was at lvl 27 for instinct and someone else recorded all the pidgeys he hatched at lvl 27 for mystic then you would have a lot of data.
I agree it is hard to hatch the same pokemon at the same time but we arent talking real time here. The hatching you have to use historical data while the others you can do real time. Does that make sense?

I have posted a ton on here btw with my 5kmmass hatchings as well as my 10km hatching.. i always write my lvl on there too so someone who was at that level can compare their results of any in common pokemon they hatched

I'm going to keep this post as my record for hatches at least then maybe we can gather some information even if people are different levels. If there is a 25% difference and people are lower or similar levels we will be able to see the difference. I have been level 26 for a while so I'll check through the hatches that I can remember and add them here.

i recorded most of my hatches around level 24-27 so i'll go back to my posts assuming that the updates during that time didn't affect any algorithms they had in place back then.

edit: actually as i do recall, i used to get hatches that were almost near max cp for my level, now i don't get any of them near max at all.

Sure, I see what you are saying, but I am not sure I agree.

For example, if two people are in the same place, same level, same team, they will see the same Pokemon, same CP, same moveset. My wife and I are same team and were same level for a number of weeks, we ALWAYS saw the exact same stuff. That is your control.

Now, take two people, different teams, but same level, and see if they see the same stuff. Only the teams are different. Now you can easily see if there is a benefit.

Same with evolving. If you catch the same Pokemon and then evolve them, you can easily see the advantage.

You don't have a control with eggs. The CP and moveset is random from egg to egg. I have gotten multiple Pokemon on the same level from eggs and everything is random. With catching Pokemon, there is a control.

I don't think I agree with this. See my above hatches at level 26. You can clearly see there is a small range that my pokemon hatch to. If you were to say add 25% as the above suggested post you will clearly be able to see the difference.

I should Hatch 5 Eggs today and my Wife might hatch 5 as well. If/when we do Ill try to post the numbers on those 10 hatches.

this is what i'm saying too. 25% is quite significant. we're talking over a 100cp average DIFFERENCE for particular pokemon at our level of 26 or 27. You guys be the judge.. this is all the ones i hatched based on the one's i actually mentioned in this thread.

edit: as you can see in my 10km eevees at level 27 there might be a 5% variance, but based on the theory, people at level 27 Instinct should be hatching 10km eevees at around 720-757.

29 Instinct here. Might be lvl30 by this weekend. I'll post my 10k egg results once I pop them in the incubators.

FINALLY saw/caught a Kabuto! Now I've got both fossil pokemon. Pokedex reads 135/137.

Also, anyone want to outline this whole leveling up bonus I'm hearing about? Something bout attacking gyms with Pokemon of lower CP than the lowest Pokemon at the gym to get bonus or something. And is this "attacking with low CP" thing supposed to be the redeeming factor for Pokemon like Chansey and Onix? They're CP is horrible, but they've got crazy HP.
