There are atleast 25 RCs that doesn't belong on this list, imagine your case hit after dropping 3k+ is a Cliff Alexander acetate RPA lol. I do think the immaculate RPA has taken a step back this year. These look like a rough draft of last years immaculate.

The RPAs dont look bad and is a nice step away from what had become some what of a repetitive theme with prior years. The patch window will definitely get some getting used to, but overal Im sure they will look great in hand. That KP looks sick. As far as top 10, here's my personal list:

1- Karl Anthony Towns
2- Kristaps Pirzingis
3- Devin Booker
4- D'Angelo Russell
5- Myles Turner
6- Jahlil Okafor
7- Nikola Jokic
8- Emanuel Mudiay
9- Justice Winslow
10- Stanley Johnson

Jersey # acetates are definitely more collectable and command much higher prices in the secondary market.

Perfect. Though I'd take Trey lyles over probably 3 or 4 guys. Such a deep class.

I'd have Winslow a little higher but otherwise I agree with this.

Imagine hitting a 1/1 jersey auto acetate of Devin Booker, danggggg. I have Suns in 4 case breaks. With 50 different rpas the chances look slim for me to hit one

That RPA list is so watered its not even funny @ $700/box. Anyone that cracks this stuff at current prices deserves the beating they will most likely endure. Holy hell Poonini.

Exactly. Don't even look back at the 07 exquisite rc checklist. I have an uncut sheet of that and some of those guys.....

Lots of the UD defenders don't want to talk about that though.

Truth be told, I don't mind including basically every rookie. You never know when you might have a Jeremy Lin situation.

I don't mind it either. But if you do they need to fall more frequently. As it stands now with about 1 rpa per case, there will be cases where the only RPA is Raul Neto or Sasha Kaun. No matter what else is in the case that'd be a disappointing break.

Agree 100%.

But as we all know, the base rookies in immac are from from the biggest draw. Which is why comparing it to nt or exquisite feels flawed to me.

I dont like the acetates or the design. Small patch and looks too basic. Id rather have a big patch from NT that has a great look this year.

Also my top ten

1- Karl Towns
2- Booker
3- Russell
4- Porzingis
5- Okafor
6- Jokic
7- Stanley
8- Turner
9- Justice Winslow
10- Mudiay

Let's get down to brass tax.... what's a Towns RPA /99 going to go for out of the gate? 1.5k? I have to plan which kidney to sell or wait for Flawless...

3. Devin Booker
4. D'Angelo Russell
5. Emanuel Mudiay
6. Justice Winslow

Just such a deep class. Amazing that this was meant to be the bad class and the year prior was supposed to be incredible. It shows you what the experts really know. Lol.

Speaking of that, I'd love to hear why people are as high on Deangelo Russell and Jahlil Okafor as they are. I don't see any of their skills translating into anything elite in today's nba. Maybe I'm wrong, but I just don't see it. Russell is in almost everyone's top 4.... and Okafor is top 6 in most of the lists. Why would anyone take him over Turner, Lyles, or Jokic? What am I missing?

D-LO showed some flashes near the end of the season that he could be special. Jahlil is most likely getting traded during the season and becoming a better fit for another team. Only time will tell what the former 2nd and 3rd pick become.

You revised to kick off Lyles? No no no no! BAD!

In all seriousness, good list. I like you leaving Jahlil off. I think he might average 18-20 a game for an average team at some point, but I don't see him ever being a starter on a really good team. Having said that, I thought the same thing about Kevin Love....

I just everyone is high on D-Angelo Russell. I'm taking Trey Lyles, Jokic, Johnson, Turner all over that guy.

Lol. Man, I really had trouble with Jokic vs. Lyles; I gave Jokic the tiebreaker just because of how good he was last year as a 20-year old rookie. I LOVE Lyles and think he has nearly as much upside as KAT and Zinger (as best bigs in this class). I love the pick by the Jazz, but I wonder if they move Favors at some point to make room for him. A month or so ago, I may have had Winslow at Just Missed...but I'm buying the hype that he's developing an offensive game.

Part of my issue with Okafor is that he's terrible on defense. Limited athletically, but has amazing polish in his offensive post game. Jokic isn't much on D for a big, either, but I think Jokic offers more of a modern-day NBA game by being able to stretch the floor and distribute. Okafor would've been a beast in the 90s going up against trad centers like Shaq, Dream, and Admiral.

I guess I was thinking of defense, too, which the hobby doesn't really care about.

Part of why I like Russell is that I think Luke Walton will be an elite NBA coach. Dude just gets it. My pick out of left field is definitely Hezonja and I think I'm the only person who's listed him so far. There's a good chance I've wasted a few grand investing in him, but we shall see. He's not nearly as cocky as people think (the Messi line was very tongue in cheek and slightly mis-translated), but certainly has the killer confidence the great ones have. Very athletic and long for a shooter.
