Problems with BO member broncoscards

Thought I'd post this in case anyone else was having any problems with this user:

Bought two Medium Flat Rate boxes from this member 3/8 via this thread:

3/13 I receive the following message:

I replied that's fine, I don't collect Baseball myself, but these lots were just for Sportlots stock anyways, and the member had GREAT feedback for previous Flat Rate boxes, so I thought "Sure"

3/20 I receive this PM:

3/26 I open a case with Paypal (which was escalated and closes 4/5 according to Paypal website) and the user has not provided any info to Paypal.

I can empathize with the user, no one expects unforeseen circumstances with loved ones, but by the same token, he could just have easily just refunded the money and apologized about the situation and I would have been fine with it. The user has been on multiple times to BO and not bothered to send me any more updates on this, nor refund the money. It just surprised me that he had such glowing refs for the boxes in the past, and I'm gonna be the first to ding him on it with a Negative. My Mom is dying of Stage IV Liver Cancer (metastasized to her right kidney, tumor pressing on her lung and pancreas, spread to her lymph nodes, originated in her Bile Duct, just got out of the hospital after a 12 day stay where she was near death and started Chemo last Tuesday), but I still find time to go to work, pay the bills, and do the day to day responsibilities I need to do (including paying for cards I ask for in threads, and shipping those that are paid for that others requested).

Again, just putting this out there, in case anyone else was having problems with this user currently.

got time to get on BO (even mobile), you got time to either refund or ship on the way to/from the hospital.

hope everything is ok on their end, but it's definitely not fair to you to wait for either outcome any longer.

Yet another Blowout family member becomes the victim of their relative selling on here. Such a dangerous place to do business it seems. So many members sell something and then a family member (sibling, child,uncle,aunt,parent,cousin) goes into the hospital.

It's the new "my dog ate my homework ".

Wax addicts are worse then heroin addicts in my opinion.

Its ok to bust from time to time but some people will sell there soul for more wax.

Yes, got the money back from Paypal after the case closed when seller did not provide an update to them within the 10 day (I think that's what it was) period allowed

No, I think what he was referring to was he was going to send me some Eagles cards at this cost to ship for the hassle. I told him that it was okay, that I appreciated the offer and the acknowledgement of the err on his part, but that it was not necessary.

I won't call him out anymore on the issue, I left the appropriate feedback, hopefully his Wife is okay, and that he won't have any other problems on the boards, for his sake and the other members as well
