I feel like the reason the GOP is bleeding voters is they really are the party of no. Not just by disagreeing with Obama but their party platform. No on abortion, no on gay rights, no on pornography, no on government spending, no on welfare systems, no on immigration, on and on. I'm not saying it's right or wrong but they did loose me on the abortion, immigration, and gay rights issues. I wish the government spent a bit wiser or taxed a bit less, but I have to vote my conscious, not my pocketbook. How can we speak down on certain country's human rights issues when we still have some we are facing today?
If the GOP turned the corner on gay marriage and abortion, that would remove two of the biggest attack points the Democrats use against them. I'm not saying they embrace those two ideas. Just don't come out so strong against them. I can understand abortion being a tougher issue for people to come to grips with and can respect that. Gay rights though, I dunno how the party can still come out so strongly against that. |

The Obamas and Clintons absolutely hate each other, but they are smart enough to provide political endorsements to keep the machine rolling.

"Pornography, with its harmful effects, especially on children, has become a public health crisis that is destroying the lives of millions. We encourage states to continue to fight this public menace and pledge our commitment to children’s safety and well-being. We applaud the social networking sites that bar sex offenders from participation. We urge energetic prosecution of child pornography, which is closely linked to human trafficking." Calling pornography a public health crisis is an insult to actual public health crisis'. You know what else is destroying the lives of millions of people? Lead poisoning. Where is that in this list? Oh yeah, that would require businesses to pay out of pocket to fix all the lead issues we have in this country. What's an easier target? Let's go after them porno people. Make them pay for what they have done to this country! |

As usual liberals are stretching the truth.
Republicans have no problem with immigration. Now that "illegal" immigration is a different story. As far as Republicans reaching out to minorities goes and why they're losing that battle, I think the better question is why haven't minorities looked back at the last few decades and taken a serious look at how far they've come towing the line of voting Democrat? The reality is they will always be kept on the "plantation" as long as they continue to believe that Democrats actually want to help them. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

When it comes to lead, let's talk about Flint if we dare. You have liberal government and citizens that do not contribute to anything. They are a drain on the local economy and said economy cannot support these people. Infrastructure goes to crap and here comes the finger pointing. Work some jobs, pay some taxes, invest back into your community. Your comparison/argument is absurd.

1. Obviously, the abuse of children is a meaningful thing to me, as it is to pretty much any empathetic human. Children should be protected from online and sexual predators. Child pornography is a serious problem that should be dealt with by harsh penalties. Let's be clear here though. Their stance seems that pornography, in all forms, is a public health crisis. From the CDC, "CDC does not have an established position on pornography as a public health issue. Pornography can be connected to other public health issues like sexual violence and occupational HIV transmission." When you declare something a "crisis" you in some ways are politicizing the issue and sensationalizing it. I could easily say that, with all the crimes committed with the use of a gun, we have a public health crisis in terms of guns. People gamble and throw away their lives at a casino, well, now according to me, we have a public health crisis in terms of gambling. Once again, protect children from sexual predators, as a parent, ensure safe searches are on your computer, monitor the types of websites your child is going to, and you should be well on your way to ensuring the safety of your child's mental and physical well being. 2. Blaming the citizens of Flint for the crisis in Flint, even in the slightest, is kinda odd. Other than Flint, there is a shockingly high amount of lead in this country. Think of all those homes that still have lead-based paint. Think about all the pipes that carry water that are either made out of lead or have lead in them. You're worried about children and pornography while children raised in homes that still have lead based paints in them face all kinds of health and development issues. So yes, while the Flint disaster, and I mean to use the word disaster, is a huge issue that garnered a lot of news, the fact that we still have tons of lead based items in this country is something that nobody seems to pay attention to. I know the clip is 20 minutes, and I know John Oliver skews left, but I think his news coverage of lead poisoning seemed pretty direct and informative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUizvEjR-0U |

“Dwayne Wade’s cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago,” Mr. Trump wrote, misspelling Mr. Wade’s given name, which was later corrected. “Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP!”
Never pass up a chance to say I told you so. Of course, I'm sure stuff like this will immediately stop if Trump is elected.

No way Trump is allowed near his phone for at least this weekend. Look for rare complete sentences free of misspellings to continue as surrogates will be doing his tweeting for him at least until tomorrow morning. He's on a timeout.

If you type 'Donald Trump health' in Yahoo, the first result is 'Donald Trump health problems'. Same thing in Google is 'Donald Trump healthcare'.
