Do you choose priority or priority rushed? It seems you choose the normal one. With comc new shipping rates, normal priority shipping takes up to 15 days to package/ship.

I think the partnership has gone as good as can be expected so far. The advertising this gives COMC for new membership will be one of the best things that comes out of this. I just hope they can keep up with the new orders.
25,723 Feedback left in the past month is insane. They need to stay on top of the shipping. First impression's will be huge with their new customer base.

They've seemed to peaked at 2.4-2.5 million listings for now. (which may be all they can handle for the time being). The new submissions between collectors just finding out about the site on Ebay and the National should keep them busy for awhile.

It was a large batch of graded and a bunch of random George Brett cards.

In response to Moe, I always pay for a slight upgrade on shipments. Never the expensive one, never the cheapest one

Thanks for responding; not to be critical or beat a dead horse on this - I just wanted to be sure you weren't comparing their previous "Standard" shipping to the new "Priority"...as that's how it could be taken, by the way you phrased your initial statement. If it's working for you, then more power to you.

Lol, my post was entirely sarcastic based on crap someone had said to me in an earlier post. You are correct, customer service is closed on the weekends but they do sometimes do shipping on Saturdays.

Seems like the cards being added has slowed at least for me to 10 or less a day for the last three days anyways. Could very well be they have backed themselves up in other areas and are having to shuffle staff to catch up elsewhere. Or perhaps they are running into some size limitations.

However, the slow adding of more cards is not a terrible thing as it extends the period of time that the COMC cards are the most recently added on Ebay. It also avoids having such a large flood of new cards showing up for the Ebay buyers who only have so much time to look through what's new. May be a method to this!!!

A lot of users offer a 20% auto accept - especially if they are cross listing their cards on Amazon and eBay.

You might have been right, preferred to do it on eBay then do it on COM. Rather have the card sold to me and just get the eBay bucks.

I doubt the people will be back anyway if the company doesn't discount shipping properly, and will not respond to their customers. Is that a place you would frequently buy from?

No minimum number of cards needed for it to show up on eBay. Most of what I have listed is either old inventory or brand new inventory.

I'm not sure on the second part. It seems like the listings have slowed down, but a week ago my stuff was going live the same day they were finished processing with Select and Premium services.

It's hard to say. I guess it all depends on how bad the experience was. People tend to have short memories so if its something they need/want, I'd say yes.
There are a few members here that are very critical of COMC and haven't left.

If I'm going to criticize when I see an issue, it's only fair that I give props when they are due. We're not even half way through the month and I'm already having my best July sales month that I've ever had on COMC. It isn't close either, it's 50% better than the 2nd best with two more weeks still to go. If they would just make their fees competitive, I'd be fat, dumb and happy. To be fair, I'm already the first two but it would be nice to add the latter to the mix.

I think COMC is truly on the cusp of great things. They just need to increase staffing a bit, and actually respond to customers.
