Weird situation on Ebay

I recently had a buyer pay for an item and with in 6 hours cancelled the payment. Its seems odd why someone would someone cancel payment on a $15 item and they have over 8000 in feedback.

Right now I cant open an non-payer case because technically he paid for the item so now I need to cancel the item. Hopefully he accepts the cancellation because I am going to be overseas in a week and wont be able to ship the item.

I just wanted to let everyone know about my situation in case this happens to you.

The canceled the payment. It happens.
