Is this REAL or fake on the prototype of exquisite card? Worried

Hi Guys, As the title, I just found this fantastic card on sale by a popular seller but worried about its authentic as recently exquisite prototype has shown in the market. Is this card real, put the link above for reference? Looking forward your opinions. Thanks guys. |

It is real hard to see on scan but there is 1of1 in the leftmost black part this is the first time ive seen the nash i guess
