Well, I would assume they still charge the 25 cent per card if you didn't already pay it.

in the past, yes this was the case.

you could get previously purchased cards in the free shipping offer as long as the fee had been paid. i had a couple of cases where i had to pay the $0.25 on sales last year when i inadvertently bought some cards in resell mode, but still did not get charged the $3.

You would probably have to contact them. But my guess is that you would have to buy a couple in this sale and have at least 20 delivered from your account. They may even require you to buy 20 from this sale before getting "free" delivery for your entire order. Almost all my items will be 50% off for this sale. If you want my to make offers now, beat the rush.

COMC members can receive FREE shipping by placing a shipment request of 20 or more items and selecting the Spring Cleaning Special shipping option. Due to the high volume of orders during the Spring Cleaning Sale, domestic customers should expect their Spring Cleaning Special shipment to arrive near the end of June. International orders may take up to an additional month.

Note: The Spring Cleaning Special free shipping option is ONLY available to COMC members who purchase items using COMC Store Credit and place a shipment request on June 3rd-5th.

does not specifically state one way or the other.

Set mine up at 40% off - didn't adjust a single price (well not up anyway) so I am guessing there are probably some deals folded in there somewhere for the folks who like to dig and flip.

Sales have been pretty solid for me over the last six months, hopefully this jumpstarts what has typically been a slower month.

Or yours? You're likely not going to get many sales during that 3 day period.

I think the entire sales system is crap anyways and a net negative to the site. Too many people jack up their cards and then run a 'sale'. It used to work far better when people all just priced their cards for what they wanted and raised or lowered them as needed. Now it is just a big mess.
Actually, a sale is very costly to COMC's revenue. I have been told repeatedly that Tim hates what the sales have become, yet he has yet to change it. To put it in a more clear perspective, they are taxing roughly 75 sellers 3% of every dollar they make on COMC. I would not be shocked if they took in over a quarter of a million dollars from the sales alone last year. There is a reason they refuse to let the sellers know exactly how much of a tax they are really paying...

Coming from a user that continually complains about COMC's International shipping, the one and only thing they do a great job with...

That's a pretty long time...have to think it's eBay that will contribute to the delay.

I think I'd be buying a lot more if I didn't have to click every card to see sale price. It seems some actually display it but a lot don't. I bought a decent amount when it first went live I'm happy with.

What you're experiencing might be just how COMC works. Say there's 2 copies of a card listed, the first seller has it listed for $5, and the second seller has it listed for $10, but they have a 20% off sale running, so their sale price is $8. On your normal COMC results page, it will list the card's price as $5 but it will be green (indicating that it's on sale) since the second seller has it listed and has it on sale. Can be tricky sometimes. If that's not what you're experiencing, my bad, but it's something I've noticed happens

Everyone might not be experiencing it, but just one random I clicked from the other thread:

Not the biggest deal if I go through promo since I know they have some type of sale but searching "bowman chrome blue refractor" I have to click the ones I like to see if they're on sale or not.

Ah, I see. I don't usually go through individual sellers' ports, so I haven't encountered that at all

Yeah, tons of sale prices aren't showing up until you click. I also think I'd have bought more without this issue.

The other super buggy thing is on the page that lists the sales, most of them say "77% off!" then you click and it's really only 20% off. Most of them are like this.

I've bought about $500 worth of what I consider upgraded items

Focused on Bryce Harper, Manny Machado, Mike Trout and my boy Hosmer who I know isn't quite in that category

I've also strengthened my position on Dansby Swanson and snagged some low serial # items

My 2 big misses were a Jorge Mateo chrome refractor auto someone got for $25 and a Gerrit Cole chrome auto for $23.99

I've been pleased overall with what I've been able to sell (tons of Addison Russell selling today) and what I've added to my inventory. I will admit I had some visions of future eBay sales informing my buying decisions

On the last day of the sale I usually add between $100 and $200 worth of Bo Jackson and George Brett for my PC

I think we were after the same Gerrit Cole, bought it once the sale went live and relisted it a little earlier. Still under most ebay sales though. Xxbignick if anyone is interested.

Did you happen to get the orange chrome manny machado rc awhile back? Wish I would have jumped on it.

I am definitely buying some cards that are not yet on eBay. Focusing on Marvel autographs, Star Wars Tek, and I think I might browse some sketch cards now.
