Default Anyone ever sprain your Trap?

Not talking about your vajj's...

Going on 3 weeks now of the worst pain ever in the back of my Neck/Shoulders. Anyone relate to this? For the people who have had a bad Trap Sprain what did you do to help get rid of the pain?

Daily, I have RA that when it fires up in my back it pinches several nerves in my neck and shoulders. Almost makes me bedridden when it peaks.

Muscle relaxers and heating pads are about the only things that work.

I've got 800mg muscle relaxers, 5mg valium, and some inflammation pills I've been taken since the 22nd of March. Nothing is touching the pain. I do use a heating pad at night though and it helps me to sleep.

I've basically left my house 7 times in the past 3 weeks to only go to doc appointments and to pick up meds. Rest of the time is spent being a bum on the couch.

I'll see if I can find something like this locally. Thanks.

I think that would be a strain. Sprains are for joints. Just figured I'd be a quick jerk

Chiropractor you wussbag.

But no, seriously. I go once a month and I stopped having back pain years ago. It's relaxing for me and makes me feel great.

I did once while doing heavy snatches. It just takes time to heal, ice/rest are your best bets

I go to the chiropractor on the regular for my spine but I won't let a chiropractor get close to my neck right now.

Yea, sleep has been an issue for me since normally it hurts more at night. Maybe I'll up the muscle relaxers tonight and try for more than 4-5 hours of sleep.
