One great thing about the trading functionality is you can now see the population of any given card on the ePack site...

Add the number, plus what's on COMC and what's on eBay and it will give you at least a sense of the scarcity or lack of of any card...

Right now, 22 foil McDavid's on ePack, 14 on eBay and only 1 on COMC.

I'm sure there are another couple dozen or so out being graded now...

Overall, still possible that there's only about 100 of these out there and depending on how long the Series 1 ePacks remain available, the cards will probably max at 200...

I did a quick calculation based on my ~6 case openings. I figure the MAX foil McDavids is 480. This assumes every set is redeemed which they won't. So this gives an upper limit to how many could be out there. Of course if my breaks aren't representative of the population then this all goes out the window. It also assumes base cards aren't "recycled" to be redeemed again.

I know of atleast 4 that are not on the site, eBay or comc... I'd have to agree with you roughy 100ish are probably in existence at the moment

I'm not able to see the global card populations anymore. Maybe there is something glitchy going on or they decided to turn it off. Business-wise it may not a good thing to publish those in real time as competitors can get an idea of how much business is going on. The stats were actually viewable since the previous maintenance occurred and I found it interesting to see how card populations were increasing.

Fairly annoying when they do that but I do think it's an open offer to look through their cards and see if there's anything you like? Could be wrong. I have a ton to trade still, have only completed 4 or 5 trades but I have sold a ton of cards via "trade". Paypal then send the trade. Pretty cool!

Yes, this is an open invite to look at their cards for the one they are offering you. I don't even think the system allows you respond to the trade until you offer something in return. They should have explained that better on the screen while its occurring.

I was wondering about that.... how did you negotiate the paypal deal? I think I'm gonna look to buy a couple of young guns I need to upgrade to foils
