Like I put up top I payed for a card from him the same day as you and got it yesterday. Also check your paypal he added tracking on there with my card so you may have it on yours as well

I have to say, there are some of the most useless comments I have ever seen in a thread.
People saying it is acceptable to wait up to three days to ship ? Please don't ever sell to me.
And OP if I were you and had waited over a week and had no cards or communication , and if the tracking was not updated then I would have already opened a case on PayPal.

Complete bullcrap that so many people think this type of garbage is ok. Or that you overreacted.

Really?? You haven't seen more useless comments?? Come on now..., but seriously PayPal has buyer protection for a reason everyone handles things differently me personally I would wait a few more days just because of the storms. If u are a jump to conclusions person than do otherwise

Probably right, I guess there are more useless comments, but this line of thinking where no communication and slow shipping is ok is ridiculous to me.

When I pay I ask the seller right before if they can ship the next day , Sunday excluded obviously. If they cannot then I tell them I will wait until they know when they can ship to pay. Otherwise I move on.

But that's just me.

TONS of comments in this thread that are a waste of space.
The guy came looking for real information about a seller and had the seller took 15 seconds out of their busy schedule and sent a message this thread would not have been made. I buy and sell all kinds of different things and make time to communicate and ship within 24 hours or I wont make the deal.

Ever hear of preparations for it? Yes he should have tied up things like that, but given that since last weekend the USPS tracking has been doing some screwy things all across the country including the usage of a few overflow centers being utilized its possible they maybe anticipating the issue and slowing mail down in and out of those areas.

With Paypals protections there is no use in waiting less than 3 weeks to do anything. I don't care when the item is shipped if I have not gotten what I bought in 3 weeks I file regardless of what the tracking says. Filing sooner than that is pointless and does not allow any delayed transit time(which as been common especially to the East coast for the past several months). I don't need a seller to hold my hand and communicate the entire way.

Anyone who has shipped anything in the past 2 weeks knows USPS tracking has been horrible even items that are being dropped at the PO are not showing as accepted in some cases.

Me either but after a week if there is no tracking and I ask what's going on I don think it's holding my hand for the seller to tell me what's up.

Also this 3 week nonsense, I'm not worried about the PayPal buyer protection. I simply don't want people holding my money without mailing my item.

AND FOR THE RECORD I AM NOT SPECIFICALLY TALKING ABOUT THE SELLER IN THIS CASE. I don't know all the details. I just mean in general I think it is laughable to wait that long to file and start the claim.

Now if the tracking shows me that it was mailed and is simply delayed, then I have no issue with the seller. He obviously can't control the PO.

Don't need hand holding as you suggested, just timely mailing of items.

Just so everyone knows, this card was shipped on the 18th, 3 mailing days after payment. We had a Federal shut down here due to the 3rd largest blizzard in this area. After 10 years of selling cards, most of you know me on here as someone who would NEVER rip someone off, and also as someone that dosnt even need a reason for any return. I would never disrespect a baseball card like that...
