By the way, this is mine

Can I ask you about the cover stock?? Is it stiffer or any different than the regular ones?? I have about 200 still sealed I bought for myself. Trying to decide if I should open the rest now or not. Wondering if there is any way to feel a difference at all.

Opened them things!

What are you waiting for?

Come on - I am rooting for a hit from your shop so I can drive by and take a couple pics!

You can't feel them through the polybag --- but when you have them side by side when opened, then yes --- you can feel the different.

As for a particular signs and so forth on the bag itself --- I have looked at four different ones --- each contained a colored, black and white, penciled and actual sketch ---- they all looked exactly the same!

Mind you, I did a CSI on them bags --- and nothing!

PS. If you dont want to open them --- and just wanted to sell them --- I will drive and pick them up! (Hopefully, after the snow storm has settled of course)

I heard you can feel pen strokes and the original sketch edition print below the issue number.

I test that theory also .... unless the artist really really really press them omicron pen into the cover --- you aint going to feel a thing but smooth plastic under your finger's tip.

I even check on the thickness of the bag itself -- to see if they were being produced at a different location --- they are almost exactly the same size (I use that thingie that jeweler uses to measure the width and depth of the diamond - had to borrow it from a shop).

Bottom line ---- it is freaking luck!

DO one of those "break" videos --- like the guys who busting packs of cards!

Come on -- go at it.

I am trying to get another 100 or so for next week --- if they still have them in stock of course.

No fun getting anything else but Jim Lee's books --- Campbell's and Joe Mad's already been found! I do not know anyone who wanted the Alex Ross' --- since all of the Batman is really really really bad. (Maybe the distributor will open them and hoping to find the Ross)

I thought about it ---- I will take the 200 --- will drive and pick them up --- $.50 over cover! That is an additional brand spanking newly minted Benjamin!

So, if you are willing to let your "personal" stash go -- and make a small premium on them --- I am willing to gamble!

Well?

Have you decide what to do with your bundle?

I can stop by next Monday -- on my way to AC for a tournament.

I have a batch of 150 coming Friday, maybe I will do a "break" video.

Another bundle of 200 --- hopefully, I can get a couple sets of 9.8s.

I will settle for a sketched insert but I am not really looking for it.

PS. Until the Lee's is found or they sold out -- I am going to have some fun with these on a monthly basis.

Another one found? ----- (the Jim Lee's has not surfaced.)

This one looked like a printing plate instead of the one of those "Original Sketch Edition" blank.

Agreed!

It is more like ---- "someone sneaked out a handful of printing plates" from the printing factory.

I would love to get my hands on some of these and I can pick out my own artists.

The artists probably drew them like that and they cut the borders and put the fold in to make the finished comic at the factory???

Who's the artist that's a really cute sketch

Edit: I guess the Wonder Woman title would have color, huh?
