Here is the message at the bottom of your claim request receipt:
"Please do not reply to this message.
If we have not responded to your claim within 3 weeks of filing, you may fill out the status request form of your claim at https://www.pipinsure.com/claim-status/."
I have also had luck with clicking on the "Chat Now" link in the lower right hand corner...talked to a live person....fixed within 48 hours.
