At the time of the security sweep, the suite was still inside of a Diplomatic Security-controlled area, Kirby said, and under the direct control of a Diplomatic Security agent posted outside the room.
“Ultimately, Diplomatic Security concluded that classified information had been improperly secured, but that the evidence did not support assigning culpability to any individual. Furthermore, the Diplomatic Security investigation concluded that due to the fact that the documents were found within a Diplomatic Security controlled area, the likelihood that the information was compromised was remote.”"
Just seems strange this wasn't included in the quote above.

Nothing in what I posted suggested Clinton herself was in the wrong so didn't think it was needed. The point is not only Clinton herself is/was careless with classified info but those closest to her as well. And
this proves that the whole server thing wasn't a one time mistake they seem to have a history of making mistakes. Mistakes that we as a country can't afford to keep letting happen.
Now we got lucky in both these instances that someone behind them actually did do their job and the info didn't fall into the wrong hands. But what about the future or god forbid past instances where someone wasn't there to clean up their mistakes ? This is as much about carelessness as it is about criminal intent as in the case of the e-mails.
