Both releases (22 and 23) happened on 3/17. Release 22 was the 5,000 pack stress test. Release 23 was the 25,000 packs dropped a couple hours later.

I think that's pretty fair, though I could see the Luka creeping closer to Lebron. Luka doesn't have a /7500 S2 card, so this being by far his most rare S2 could command a higher premium.

I don't think it was a seeing stars /10k. The set name is "Platinum Ice" which is the set where everything is /3 that will be coming out soon, and will only be available by auction, no pack queues....
