Scam alert. I claimed, paid, and several days later this guy is claiming that he sold the gift cards to someone else and is unable to refund me. I notified the administrators as well.

I had to open a claim with PayPal and still don't have my money back.

I am just letting the community know that I finally received my money back as Paypal obviously decided in my favor. The fact that this guy has not yet been banned is beyond me.

Real simple - I've gotten more communication back from them than you. Respond back to the PM's with details as requested as actions will be examined.

With a response as above - how I do I ban anyone, or take any actions. Im about as a fair as it gets (in my opinion). But I do want proof. You wouldnt want to be banned based on a statement I presume, and would prefer proof be given.
