Scam alert. I claimed, paid, and several days later this guy is claiming that he sold the gift cards to someone else and is unable to refund me. I notified the administrators as well.

I had to open a claim with PayPal and still don't have my money back.

I am just letting the community know that I finally received my money back as Paypal obviously decided in my favor. The fact that this guy has not yet been banned is beyond me.

How does one try to steal your money - I can only assume they still have your money based on the comments in the thread, but the feedback comments dont fit. So Im confused.

He has my money, never sent the gift cards, and refuses to refund me. He stole my money.

With a response as above - how I do I ban anyone, or take any actions. Im about as a fair as it gets (in my opinion). But I do want proof. You wouldnt want to be banned based on a statement I presume, and would prefer proof be given.
