Harvard's got a $50+ billion endowment. It's not going to the football team.

A step in the right direction, but from an Alabama fan, they can't get too giddy about stars. Lest we forget Bama's run in the early 10s:

Those strategies, which got SMU the "death penalty" are all perfectly legal now. (ok ok I guess inducements are [i]technically[/i] still forbidden but there's just no way to prosecute any school which does that)

I miss the days of recruiting from the prisons or Giving kids cars/Drugs/Women. This money thing is going to ruin recruiting and any integrity college football had. The overall product isn't good enough to overcome these things.
