Looks like they cut up 10 comics. So 9 cover cards make up a puzzle of the complete cover (3 sections across top, middle, and bottom) and then more interior cuts (the NMI cards that hit 1:432 packs).

It will be extremely difficult to make the cover puzzle as i think most collectors would just try to nab the cut that has Deadpool’s head.

I opened 3 boxes. It’s a fun set- very entertaining and irreverent like Deadpool himself but in today’s market I think this will likely be on deep discount pretty soon.

Has this set already died? There were/are very few listings for singles on eBay. I’ve bought up a few patches and half of the high # SP cards (many from you deeceman) but the average selling price is well below the cost of buying a box so I think resellers are staying away.

I think they missed the deadpool craze by a couple years. I buy and resell toys and the market for his stuff has dropped drastically

Definitely would have sold better around the release of the first movie.

I located all the original sports cards that the Deadpool Sportsball cards mocked. Framed them all together.

Yeah. The “FF” Ripken and reversed negative Murphy were the two toughest to get.

Does the handle of the Deadpool Ripken card say anything? I can’t tell from the picture.

I find it interesting it is all baseball with a single basketball and a single hockey card thrown in.

I think they just tried to find the oddest/most unique sports card to mock. I’m sure they could have found a football player or two with funny poses or something.

Hit a patch, lenticular and 2 pink parallels. Just ripped em for fun bc this doesnt seem like a set in high demand or any demand and sketches are all too quickly assuming printing plate status in sports cards as far as the sheer number.
Love the Deadpool comic and movies though so I got some

Not paying that much for a bunch of manufactured patches and sketch cards. Sketch cards are over produced and unless you hit a great artist they are $5 max. The manufactured patches are blah and I was surprised people were paying the price for some of the upper tiers, mean while I have a ton of patch cards from marvel annual I can't move! No thanks, love pool, but I'll save for something better!

I hit a red flash “Dead Glass” card in my first 3 packs and then nothing of note when I went back in for tow additional 3-pack purchases.

I’m still buying up singles on Bay and Comc. I’m glad that there is not too much competition for collecting this set. Now if only some of the sellers would realize this and bring their prices down to reality.
