It is a close call between 3-4 of my custom pieces, but I'll post this one. It is a Berryfractor of Canseco in an insert set I made called "What If? 500". Jose is pictured with the Dodgers and signed it "HR #500 05/09/03". He never played w/the Dodgers though, and ended his career with 462 homers in 2002.

He could have easily reached the 500 mark, had things turned out differently, so I thought this would be a fun What if? card to make.

This is from 2006 Topps Heritage.
If I recall correctly it is based out of the 1957 set. Back then Topps put the wrong player on Jerry Snyder's card. When they did the 2006 Heritage they used that error card for Jerry Snyder to sign. He signed and inscribed them all (200 copies) with "This isn't me".
