Penny Hardaway - In his Orlando days, he played the best all around basketball that I have ever seen, still to this day. I loved his pass first style and how versatile he was. People forget that he was a world class defender as well. In terms of skill and excellence at playing the game, he's only second to MJ in my book, but Penny will always be my favorite player.
Amazing mixtape of his days in Orlando:
Penny Hardaway Career Mix

MJ - G. O. A. T. Simply the best player to ever play the game. Nothing else needs to be said.

Shawn Kemp - Best in game dunker of all time IMO (with LeBron and VC tied for a very close second). Dude was just an absolute monster. In his prime, he probably had the quickest first step for a guy of his size and he was an excellent pass lane reader and shot blocker. Truth be told; Kemp dunks on you and you seriously reconsider your career as a basketball player.

SPURS - Been a die hard fan before Duncan was even a prospect. I was lucky enough to attend a few games at the Alamodome and got to see David Robinson, Sean Elliott, and Avery Johnson, all in their prime. Incredible place to see a basketball game as it was truly a football stadium. Went to the Riverwalk parade after their first Championship and I'll never forget the atmosphere in the city. Traffic was gridlocked with everyone honking and screaming. That really solidified the Spurs as a lifelong favorite team. Go Spurs Go!

Jordan/Pippen/Rodman, no doubt thats the best games to watch ever.

Kawhi: hamble player with quite a few big achievement already and the price is reasonable.

Derrick Rose & Penny Hardaway. I never gave up on either player regardless of injury, in full health, it was always fun watching either one. Growing up in Orlando, I was lucky to watch the Penny/Shaq era in person. For D.Rose, I've always loved his handles from his Memphis days, and how he transitioned to the NBA flawlessly. I know there are tons of haters of him (seems more than LeBron haters) because of his injuries, but I'm always optimistic.

Toni Kukoc. I have been a Bulls fan for a long time. I feel like he was a team player and could also hit the big shot when needed.

Charles Barkley --- one of the toughest guys to play the game and his skills backed up his mouth.

80's Hall of Famers ----- By far the best era in basketball.

Ron Harper.... I grew up watching him and thought he'd be Jordan's replacement on Bulls! Ha! Then I liked how he adapted his game after injuries and focused on defense. Something about completely changing you game to help your team... Always stuck with me

Michael Jordan since he was my favorite player growing up. Also a lot of former Kentucky players like Antoine Walker, Tayshuan Prince, Rajon Rondo, and Jamal Mashburn because I have been a Kentucky basketball fan my whole life.

Reggie Lewis - well because as a Boston fan born in 1983, he was supposed to make us not feel so bad about the end of Larry Bird.... well that didn't work out and it still brakes my heart

Antoine Walker/Paul Pierce - these were the two players I followed the most as a teenager and still now with PP. Just love both the guys

Larry Bird/Robert Parish/Kevin McHale - I pick up small stuff here and there because they are legends from my youth

Syracuse players in college uniform - Carmelo, Boeheim, Sherman Douglas.. Orange Nation for life

Getting into a Jordan Clarkson PC because he played at Mizzou, where I go, and now he is with my favorite pro team, the Lakers. Will probably also pick up Jabari Brown cards if he sticks with the team for the same reason.

MJ- Because he's MJ...

Marbury- Pretty much because a kid I traded with back in 96. He wanted my Jalen Rose RC, I wanted one of the better rookies of that year, so I got a Marbury Collectors Choice RC. That started that.

KD/Westbrook- One of the greatest scorers and most exciting guards to watch. My favorite duo in the league.

Kobe- Because he's Kobe

Iverson- Best small man ever. Heart of a lion. Great scorer.

Shaq/KG/VC- Other players I loved to watch.

Raja Bell- One of my favorite unsung hero type players since his run with the Sixers in the 01 playoffs.

I collect too much sh!t. It's like this almost in 3 sports. Except football and baseball I mainly just stick to Cubs/Vikings and then HOF/star RC's and whatever else may be cool.

Steven Adams - I am a Kiwi (New Zealander), having him being drafted in the first round was the proudest point so far for kiwi sport for me (personally) as Basketball is my game of choice.

He is a fan favorite for kiwis and has a country behind him =)

Yeah I used to love those Penny muppet commercials when they came on back in the day. And when the Penny's came out when I was in high school. Everyone rocked them
