Default starting to sell on a new ebay account

so ive been selling on ebay for a few years now but using my friend's account and paypal since I owed paypal some money from 2006. long story short I used to play warcraft, sold an account and the money was taken out of my account. I decided never to pay back paypal out of principal, but finally ive decided to.

I want my own account/sales now since my friend hasn't contributed in a while. so ill have to start all over with 0 feedback.

would you guys buy cards from someone with 0 feedback? how will it affect pricing? any advice? I was thinking I would outright ask buyers to make sure they leave me feedback to make sure it grows asap. any other suggestions?

Start with cheaper cards and work your way up. Not many people will feel confident buying a Jordan Exquisite from someone with under 100 feedback.

u read my mind, do you think I should buy some pc stuff to build the feedback too? after each winning bid I have I can personally ask the seller to make sure he/she leaves feedback.

I hate it when buyers ask for feedback. I just ignore it until I'm ready to leave it. Sometimes I wait a couple of more days when they ask. I always leave feedback for bidders, sometimes it just takes me a few days.

What if a buyer waits a week to pay for your auctions? Is that cool? I personally hate when sellers ask me to pay promptly right after the auction ends. Ill pay when im ready to pay dammit!!

Yeah, buying stuff is fine but don't ask for feedback. Getting an eBay message is usually always bad, so you brace yourself, and then when you see someone asking for feedback you want to punch them.

personally building feedback through buying wouldn't matter as I look at the ratings as a seller ...u can be a good buying but horrible shipper like above start low end and build

what im thinking is more along the lines of when I send out the card(s) I always add some base as fillers. would it be rude to add a note like "thank so much for your business! I would really appreciate your feedback"

as a buyer if you received that, would you be more or less inclined to leave me feedback?

Above and beyond customer service!

Deliver a product in a manner that you are proud of and your reputation will be rewarded.

Then LEAVE FEEDBACK Then. So people don't have to ask. I want to punch people when I sell 10 things and ship promptly and get like 3-4 to leave feedback

If buyer waits a week(with no communication) to pay for my cards, they get relisted. With so many non paying bidders these days, i don't wait around. When I receive payment, I ship the next day. The faster you pay, the quicker you get card. I might wait a few days to leave feedback.

Word of advice: until a non-payment case closes or a second chance offer is made the original winner has legal right to complete the transaction.

Be careful: Situation could becoming trying if you have two individals with legal claim to one item.

Just make sure you do right by your customers. If you do, positive feedback will follow 95% of the time (the other 5%, the buyer will just forget and not leave anything).
