Who is ready for an epic break!?!?

*Please take some extra time to read the bolded red statements*

20 Cases of 2013 Bowman Baseball, Player Draft. Break will be 15 Hobby Cases and 5 Jumbo Cases

*Please Note* All paper base (base only, no color) will be sold to help lower the cost of slots.

To answer a few questions very quickly:

This is a player draft. With each spot, you can pick any card from 2013 Bowman. Since this break will be basically the first of its kind, there will not be a default ranked list but a list of all slots will be provided Any player that has both an autographed card and a non-autographed card, those are 2 different picks (auto or non-auto - NOT BOTH).

You get every card for that player lot - if you have the auto version, you get every auto; if you have the non-auto, you get every non-auto.

A mod will random for the draft order 5 times after all payments are in.

Draftable slots:

Slot and price break is a bit fluid. Spots will be added or combined as more information on the product is released leading up to the release date. I am not wanting to take away spots, my only intent/hope is to add slots to keep costs down but will combine if necessary.

1134.99 x 5 = 5,674.95
11,025 + 5,674.95 = 16699.95 – 1200 (Sale of Paper Base) = 15,499.95

15,499.95 / 324 = 47.84

47.84 + 4.00 (shipping/supplies) + 1.80 = 53.64. Call it 53.50 first 51.50 additional.

After all these spots are paid, we will have a mod random the spots three times. This random will become the draft order.

Warning - if you pick an auto, you may get nothing. If that player has 10 autos, you get all 10; if that player gets 0 autos, you get 0.

Special Rules for this Break (By joining this break, you agree to these rules!)

1. If you hit a card worth $250 or more, I will ask you to pay for signature confirmation, and insurance.

2. As ALWAYS, I reserve the right to limit who I allow in my breaks.

3. If you join this break, you must be willing to pay within 48 hours of the break going active. We want to order right away - it takes 3 days after payment for the cases to arrive.

4. If you join this break, you must subscribe to this thread. It makes life SO MUCH EASIER.

5. The host DOES have a spot(s). If this bothers you in any way, please do not join. All breaks are done LIVE and recorded.

6. Once you receive your cards, please post in the thread that your cards were received. For anything outside the USA, I will provide the customs # as proof of delivery.

7. If a pull wins this monthly "best pulls" contest on BO, the prize will be a new break with all hits (or teams) randomed amongst all participants.

A few things you should know:

1. I will start the break the same day the cases arrive - usually starting at around 7-8pm CST (20 cases could take a few days).
2. I will have recap videos up that same night (really).
3. I will mail your cards FAST but sorting 20 cases will take sometime so please be patient with me.

VERY, VERY IMPORTANT TO READ:

Draft Rules:

Because there are 324 spots, we need to implement a few rules to move the draft along.

1. I will provide a rankings list with every pick on it. I strongly encourage you to provide a list and allow me to pick for you. By using this list for your list, I can create a database and make quick work of the auto picks. Just remember to leave the default numbering intact.

2. The draft clock will run from 12 pm CT to 11 PM CT (8am to 9pm pacific) every day starting the posted start time for the draft (usually roughly 24-36 hours after random.)

3. For the first 224 picks, you get 30 minutes from the time the previous pick was made. If you miss your clock (and have not sent a list), you are on automatic auto-pick until you check-in. We have all been held captive by guys who are AWOL - so this will help with that.

3a. For the last 100 picks, you will only have 15 minutes to pick. The reason is that many people "check out" on the less desirable spots. They allow the clock to run, waste everyone's time, and just take the default pick. The best thing to do is to give me permission to auto draft for you OR send a small list once we get down to the last 150 spots. (Will not apply for this draft)

4. If you send a list, I am going to use it. If you are on and want to draft instead of me using your list, just post "Hey I am here to draft - do not use my list." You need to do this well in advance of your spot or I may not see it. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I wait the entire 30 minutes and then use your list.

4a. IF/When sending a list or drafting, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use/leave the default ranking numbers I used for the list. It makes life SOOO much easier on me. By leaving the numbers for me I do not have to scroll through 440 spots looking for the pick you just made.

5. Common courtesy is extremely important in these drafts - especially this one. PM the next person in line (or ask someone to PM for you if you cannot). Subscribe to the thread and stay updated! If you are nearing your 30 minute deadline and are still picking, just post a comment - "Hey, I am here and picking now." I promise I am not an ogre trying to auto-pick you Sean Rodriguez when you really wanted Jay Sborz.

6. You CAN trade during your clock - but there is only 30 minutes for you or whoever buys the spot to pick. Their clock does NOT start over after a sale or trade - make sure they know that they are up!

7. DO NOT SELL SPOTS OUTSIDE THE BREAK!

8. Remember, the clock starts after the last pick is made. PM's are nice, but your clock does not start after a pm. Be sure and track the draft - it is your responsibility.

9. The clock is 30 (or 15) minutes, but I may not be able to immediately auto-pick every 30 minutes of every day. So please give me a break. Thanks!

by splitting slots into cases 1-10 and 11-20, it basically is 2 breaks with the chance of getting all 20 cases of a particular player if that is what you are after.

The Jumbos will be split as even as possible.

If we are able to add some slots and sell the base for a little more than projected we can probably change the break to 14 hobby and 6 jumbo so they can be split evenly into breaks of 7 hobby and 3 jumbo each.

I wanted to add some jumbos into the break since there is stuff only available within jumbos. I had to go with 15 and 5 at the moment because that is all BO could guarantee me at this time.
