I have a Topps 1958 Roger Maris rookie card that I might eventually want to sell. it is graded a PSA 8 (MC). How would I figure out it's approximate worth? I once read that if a PSA 8 card is OC, it's value would be similar to a PSA 6 (knocking off two grades). Would this still apply to an MC card? ...or would a PSA 8 MC be a certain percentage of a what regular PSA 8 cards sell for? Any formula that could help me figure this out would be appreciated.

One like that sold $549 fixed price in June. Another auctioned $520 in July 2023.
PSA-6 (no qualifier) sells often in the $500s, with a range about $450-700.
