As a Spur fan, there are two... but neither were technical series enders although they did break us in unrecoverable ways as far as that series goes. Oddly enough, we bounced back and won the title in each subsequent year:

2004 WCF Semis, Derek Fisher 0.4 shot that absolutely should not have counted (this was a two pointer but I'm not sure if you meant only 3P or any FG, since I see two different titles).

2013 NBA Finals, Ray Allen corner 3 because Pop didn't put Duncan back in to secure the rebound.

Honorable mention, and a game I was actually at... and this one actually was a series clincher and definitely made 13 year old me cry... 1993 WC Semi-Finals, Barkley hits a 20-foot jumper over David Robinson to end the series and close down the Hemisfair Arena.

I recovered in time to watch the very next Spurs game
