Default Beware Blowout seller heatfan2024

On 11/1 I negotiated a 3 lot deal consisting of 16 cards from Blowout seller heatfan2024. Deal made and paid for on Friday 11/1, and was told he would mail the lots probably on Saturday, no later than Monday 11/4. No tracking or messages so I sent a message on 11/6 asking for an update....reply was he got busy with work and would get the package out on 11/7, which he did. Package arrived and it was short 7 cards of the 16 that I purchased. He purchased the shipping label at the USPS counter, so I can see the exact weight of the package, 5.50oz. Included in the lots purchased was supposed to be 3 PSA graded cards plus 13 other cards....probably a weight of 10+oz, so the package was obviously short cards. Contacted Brandon 11/9 and he replied with an admission of his error, said he would correct, that he was looking at the cards on his desk, and he would get them shipped out. Now, over a week later, and he has not sent missing cards, has not replied to any messages....just went ghost. Reported to mods and I have filed a PayPal claim plus left the appropriate feedback....his last 3 are all negs.

It took PayPal less than 2 hours after I escalated the claim to refund my money to me....if Brandon has no funds in his account they will take him to collections. I would still rather have the cards.

I purchased a basketball card lot from heatfan2024 on 11/4 and never received the cards at all. I opened a Paypal dispute against heatfan2024 yesterday but still haven't received a refund. On paypal, it says "awaiting seller response." I wonder how you got Paypal to process your refund in less than 2 hours???

I guess I should feel lucky that he did eventually actually send about 1/2 of the cards we had a deal for.

I opened the dispute but was not refunded until after I escalated it. I did wait a few days after opening the dispute to give him time to send the cards, but after there was no communication over the weekend, and he had signed on to Blowout multiple times, I escalated the case yesterday and received an almost immediate refund. If you haven't escalated the dispute they will not do anything. And why haven't you bothered to warn others by leaving him the negative feedback he has earned?

I don't know what it takes to get banned from Blowout....apparently being a liar and a thief isn't enough.

Did you report him to the mods or are you assuming incorrectly that they get an alert every time a banana loses cards?

I smashed the triangle, don't know about the others who have also left negs, or those who haven't bothered to warn others.

Left neg feedback - was hoping he would communicate since I opened a dispute on PP. Just escalated the dispute on PP too. I know he's done this to at least four people including us in the past month.

Earlier today, you messaged me and stated that your PP balance is in the negative, and that you wanted to ship out my cards without tracking instead of refunding me.

It seems like a debt collection company will go after you if you do not fix your negative balance. To save you that trouble, I am willing to close this dispute only if you ship all the cards I paid for today with tracking. Please let me know what you decide. Thanks.

Do not close the dispute until you have the cards in hand. He gave me a tracking number that NEVER GOT MAILED.

I did get an original tracking number sent to me 5 days after he first promised to send....the package was eventually delivered, but it only had 9 of the 7 cards that I paid for. I received a 2nd tracking number after calling him out for his error, and that tracking number never showed any movement, just label created. That e-mail is now so old it has auto-deleted from my old mail, or I would post it so all could see. I will try to find it....I did give it to PayPal to help prove my case, they also saw no movement which is maybe part of the reason they gave me a refund so quickly after I escalated the claim.

Make sure you continue with your PP disputes. With the user being banned, the likelihood of actually receiving the cards is minimal.

Would love to see the data to support this one.

I'll take even money that the irresponsible kid who totally deserves to be banned (heatfan2024) actually sends the remaining cards.

Besides the bad apples that are outright scammers, the likelihood of EVENTUALLY receiving the cards is extremely high, banned or not.

Yeah....after he was banned he got in touch with via my PayPal ID.....said he would send me the remainder of what he "forgot" to send with the initial order....still waiting for a tracking number, I'm not holding my breath.
