Definite cash grab, previews look cool and probably will in person but four autos per case vs the price since this is new is gonna make this not worth it in my opinion. I'd have to see what they consider "hits" outside the auto boxes, but I'd put a large bet on this costing more than Skybox out the gate when neither has guaranteed autos and Skybox will still have the much higher desired hits (PMG, Jambalaya etc). I agree it could of been in Skybox or even subsidized and some of the cards put in Extended.

Price difference aside if I wanna lose my money on a new product it will be Engrained.

E-X was such a condition sensitive set.....fingers crossed there aren't a ton of issues, hopefully a spacer card between the two cards this time.

Yep. I hope they actually replicate the original instead of doing what Topps did with Gold Standard baseball.

They make base Young Guns condition-sensitive. I have no hope EX would hold up any better.

Interesting...

I like cards. Metal Universe is going to run out of retreads soon so why not some E-X nostalgia. Prefer 99 E-X Century the most but have to start somewhere.

Got to get Kopitar in those tough insert sets UD

Whenever they start redoing 2004 EX. The Checkmates booklet dual autos would be cool if they found players who have both checked each other in their careers and had both pics of them checking each other on the card.

More hard-signed autograph cards are available via the Speckled Auto and Gold Speckled Auto parallels of the Index Movers and Star Date 3000 sets!

BOX BREAK

On average, each hobby box is set to deliver 24 base cards, 12 base set rookie cards, 2 base set or base set rookie parallel cards, and 8 Index Movers, Hall or Nothing, or Star Date 3000 cards. With 2 cards per pack, 24 packs per box, and 12 boxes per case, there are plenty of opportunities to pull some gems!

Out in Fall.

Hard autos and new set? might be $300 lol
