Default Would it be possible to have a memorabilia forum?

Would it be possible to have a memorabilia section?

Just a thought but there doesn't seem to be such a thing & many of us also collect baseball memorabilia too. Unless I'm completely missing it because I'm half awake & the coffee is still brewing.

Just a thought.

I would support a memorabilia forum.

Would love that also. Would also like the BST threads to be separate if possible!

Great idea! I collect baseball game used memorabilia and I would love to see what others have, and have the opportunity to share stories with each other!

I've been collecting/buying/selling memorabilia (mostly team-issued/game worn jerseys) for many years, so count me in.

This is a game used site that started this year, but there isn’t much interaction between collectors like this site, NET54, etc. Collectors just upload pics of their stuff. They do have a chat, but it doesn’t break down categories to chat in.

I love memorabilia. I have 297 different baseball players autographs on various items. Add to that another 6 basketball players, 2 boxers, 88 football players, 13 hockey players, 2 Olympic athletes, 1 race car driver, and 9 wrestlers.

Thanks! They are all on a nice variety of items too including a few game used autographed items.

On the non-autographed side, I have a game used base from a Cleveland Indians/New York Yankees game, a New York Yankees game used dugout lineup card, a Spring Training locker nameplate, a chair from the old Yankee Stadium, a piece of a foul pole from old Yankee stadium, and freeze dried grass from the old Yankee Stadium.

Very nice! Do you have your stuff on display. I would probably spend a lot of time looking at it 👍🏻⚾️

I own Arod’s 1st career grand slam bat; his 2005 Yankees game used MVP glove, and a 2009 game used bat (HR #575/576) that he personally gave me. Just the thought of owning something a player used is awesome!

No. I don't have a finished basement unfortunately. I do have the Yankee Stadium chair by the TV in the basement and I often look at my 8x10 autographed photos which are in a binder. Everything else is packed away for whenever I can get the basement finished.

When you get to that point, I’m sure it will look great 👍🏻⚾️

I agree. I would love a game used forum again. Game Used Universe was great but once it changed formats and owners, it was never the same. I have posted many of my items on the new Game Used Authority, but it is modeled more like Instagram than a forum. I would love a game used and memorabilia forum here. I think with the increase of people wanting their cards having game used swatches, it would be a good time for people to learn the other parts of the sports collecting community and expand their collections.

recommend against this one highly - their terms and conditions are poorly written and can do whatever they want with your pictures - the site is mostly a way from the owners to take a cut of sales

When I pick my nose, I place my boogers in a small glass mason jar. Once my booger jar is full, I sell it on ebay to scientists for $40 dollars. I used that $40 dollars to buy things like baseball memorabilia. I then begin my next booger jar.

Not sure if I would post that in the memorabilia section though.
