This isn't the last Bowman though unless topps is bought, right?

This is my shocked face at Watson being held out for this (Also Colson Montgomery being held out from Draft)

Also, I agree, super not-annoying design, pairs well with 2022 flagship.

True, but at least based on current understanding they should be able to make bowman prospect cards.

I don't hate it, but it reminds me a lot of 2019's Bowman design.

I mean, since Topps will lose the rights to the major leaguers...if they CAN continue the minor league cards we would certainly see expanded prospect checklists right? Maybe instead of the same 100 names each year we'll see a solid 300 names?

Will be a lot more 2nd, 3rd, 4th year cards in the future but at least a larger checklist could be interesting.

They have the mlb license until 2025.

They can make bowman with mlb logos until then by signing Individual players.

Solid design. Curious to see how that background looks with refractors. Could be great. As an aside, Davis's forearms have scared me back to the gym for some weight training.

Why does Bowman often end up having a better design than Flagship?

Thats how they did it in the old days, no?

Each player was signed to an individual contract, you can find these for sale from time to time

Love me some Bowman

1992 Bowman was the first whole box of cards i ever busted, so i'm pretty much key demo for these schmucks (but i want, so gimme)

Not hard to do. This year's Derek Jeter Captains Crew set was better looking than Flagship.
