PSA just suspended all new submissions below Super Express

ALERT: As of 3/30/2021 PSA has temporarily suspended the acceptance of most submissions. We are currently not accepting Value, Economy, Regular, or Express orders. We will take a tiered approach to reintroducing these service levels. Our goal is to bring all suspended service levels back by July 1, 2021.

Any thoughts besides "don't send anything in."

Yeah this is probably a good thing for collectors long-term. Weed out some of the flippers and/or see if a new [2nd] favorite grading company emerges.

Probably also boosts value of any already-slabbed PSA

I don't collect contemporary cards; I own a ton of raw cards from the 50's, 60's and 70's.

they are automatically extending all memberships by 3 months...
it will put more of a premium on graded cards now too.

I'd argue it will make it worse. I consider myself a flipper. I have so many cards stuck with PSA that I don't want to expose myself anymore. I've slowed down buying a lot recently. If they can speed things back up, I'll flip more.

Check this out, I just submitted 11 cards and it allowed my order to go through. 11th hour type stuff I guess.

When I went back to add a MULTIPLE ORDER to the same order I had just placed, the grading choices were limited and the lower tier grading brackets were expunged from the radio button menu.

I just joined Silver collectors club two days ago
...da fudge?

PS - quicker turnarounds now that they can deal with the tidal wave of backlogs???
