Damaged 1/1 Tatum on ebay - Heads up

Current Auction

Just wanted to let you guys know that this piece has severe damage to both top corners. The current seller was the one who purchased the piece 3 months ago from an auction that fully disclosed the damage (current seller has the same feedback as the previous buyer). He relisted the piece (not a typical card, it's oversized) with no mention of the damage (listed brand new) and has a completely different description. Judging by their feedback, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of him/her "fixing" the previous condition. I wanted to purchase this from the original owner but passed and ended up damaged by the 2nd owner.

Definitely looks like it was conserved based on the before and after photo.
