What am I missing? Why are they using 2018-19 rookies for this product?

Yeah the chance you get this at $150 is pretty abysmal, basically only retail

Guess it's 2 years of rookie cards for the 2018 draft class. Ayton, Jackson Jr, and Trae Young are not rookies.
