Sportlots seller hasn't shipped after a week

I bought some things from a sportlots seller last week. It's been 1 week and they haven't shipped yet. Is there a way to contact them?

I'm not 100 % on this, but I think Sportlots gives up to 10 days for the seller to fill an order.

If the seller is new, they may have abandoned the site all together.

Has the seller marked the order as shipped? If not, I assume you will be credited back after that 10 day window.

As far as contacting the seller, you should be able to on your orders page, by clicking on the sellers id.

Seller wasn't new they had a good amount of feedback.

They were still "filling the order" so I couldn't click the username.

Today I check and get this message.

I have looked and looked for the 3
cards and i can't
seem to locate them anywhere. I can
only guess that my partner sold these
prior and didn't take them down from
sportlots. I apologize about the
inconvenience this has caused.

Oh well, at least I got a refund.

I'm new on sports lots. I had multiple orders sent to my box. All have been marked with a date filled but how do I verify their in my box? My order tab still shows en route after 3 weeks?

You should get a message when they arrive at the box. I'd say 3 weeks isn't uncommon from orders I've placed over the years. It can be a slow process.
