They're actually signing Calderon, as a means to honor their deal with him, but will then be waiving him in order to sign Barnes. Pretty classy move by the Ws. Lots of teams would just balk on their word and move on to the next guy.

Glad they did this. Jose is a class guy and that would've been all kinds of wrong to go back on a verbal agreement no matter the situation.
