Hey Blowout. Time for another poll.

This will be the first poll for Today's Era Baseball cards that will be voted on to get inducted into the BCHOF. For more information and prior Hall of Fame inductees, read this main thread: http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/b...hall-fame.html

Below are a list of ten cards from 1995-2017. Vote on the ones which you think deserves to be in the Blowout Baseball Card Hall of Fame. Any card that breaks 50% will make the Hall of Fame this time around. If it does not break 50% the card may or may not be going on the next ballot. If a card does not get 10% of the votes, it is banned from getting inducted into the BCHOF.

Slightly off-topic - sorry - but does anyone know why the Griffey 1997 UD Jersey sells for $400+ and the Gwynn sells for around $20? IIRC they were the same odds to pull, and baseballcardpedia doesn't state anything to the contrary.

When these cards came out jersey cards were unheard of and griffey was the big name and was the big draw of that generation as he was putting crazy numbers at the time.... So that card is highly sought after.

I'll be honest to me thats the #1 card out of all these choices and one that I'm looking forward to finding hopefully sub 400.00 but to add to my PC

Thanks for doing these! The Ruth was 1999 if I remember correctly.

I'd put that weird 2007 Jeter/Mantle/Bush card in! That card was in the actual news for a minute!

Voted for Ruth, Griffey, SPx Ichiro, Pujols, Kershaw, and Trout Chrome.

I agree - voted for it as well - was just shocked when I checked eBay and noticed the premium at which it sells for over the Gwynn from the same set. Actually, I think the Griffey is probably in the range I'd except, and the Gwynn is much lower than I'd expect.

Went with Pujols, Trout, Strasburg, Trout- Amazed the Strasburg doesn't have more votes. His card came after the Trout, but he was the one that set off the modern prospecting craze IMO

Between the SPx and the Ultimate, I'd have to go with his SPx. When the SPx was released, the card was huge. At the time, it was his only auto card. The card was on the Beckett Hot List for a very long time. I'd say it's his most iconic card. The Ultimate card just happens to be his more rare and expensive card, similar to Mike Trout's 2011 Topp Update & Bowman Sterling. Just my opinion though.

I thought the missing Longo was from 2006 Draft, not 2008 Chrome.

Maybe that's why it's never surfaced everyone opened the wrong product in search of it...only you knew where it truly is!
