Well all caught up on both threads in off topic, haven’t ventured into the baseball section yet. 4 hours away and it didn’t get as bad as I thought it would. Spent 200 on retail today sometimes you’re the windshield and sometimes you’re the bug today I was the bug the best card I pulled was a Michael Harris 2024 topps team logo border. Time to go through this junk and see if I missed something.

I just finished breaking up the 2024 topps series one cards I bought today and it wasn’t as bad of a bath as I thought it was. I bought 7 hangers 3 value packs and 1 16 pack box. Here is something interesting.

Rookies pulled 115

Inserts and parallels pulled 119 with alot of them being stars of mlb, lowest numbered cards were a couple of greens to 499.

Only 1 relic an O’Neil Cruz major league materials gray swatch.

If pieced out I could possibly get what I spent back but not a good card day for me.

Now I'm not sure if the contract we won today is 3 years or 5 years. Normally, they are 5 years, but our flighty boss put April 2027 as the end contract date on our forms to renew our CACs.

I've asked one of my Government friends to verify. He thought it was 5 years as well.

We actually ate dinner about 2 blocks from where it is happening, so I have it on out of curiosity now. There are tons of people in downtown KC for it, love the school spirit.

I would love to go one year. Wrestling became my favorite sport when I started coaching it just to help a friend out. Became a high school head coach right out of college at a terrible program, coached some kids to state finals, it was great.

I've always hated my high school didn't get a team until after I graduated. I think I could have been pretty good.
