Tell that to my boss. She is teleworking for 4 weeks after her shoulder surgery. I should have asked her yesterday if she got permission from the COR for that.

The point is, others have teleworked and continue to do so with no issues and I have as well. For some reason, he decided to be a douche yesterday.

My first shift counterpart is such a bum. Every time we run a certain job, one of his people the next day decides to double check our work. No other job gets this scrutinized by them and it’s totally subjective. So yesterday after them saying we didn’t do it right for the third time in a row, I emailed saying I’m not running that anymore. I’d bet dollars to dimes he doesn’t even go over to actually inspect it himself.

We let a guy go who was in charge of die cutting. There was one employee under him who was always wandering around, constantly found at other places besides his machine. My counterpart was saying what a problem he was but he didn’t report to him so he couldn’t do anything. Well, as soon as the supervisor was let go and my counterpart now was in charge of that problem employee, now he’s great! Can’t do any wrong. He even defended him after our boss said he needed to be talked to about leaving his machine.
