Maybe it isn't just me. ha ha. I am running a promotion to clear out some inventory and pay for the next submission and take advantage of sale. I am not getting my normal bites. It has been a trickle of 1-3 cards a day. Without the sale, May was terrible for me. Normally when I run a sale I get a handful of cards per day sold. I have even gone deeper discount this time around. Granted I am sure my recent subs haven't been repriced, so may my discount is just normal pricing now.

Anecdotal, but to your point, I've heard others talking about a general downturn in the market in other areas as well like breaks and auction sales. So maybe this is how they react to that which is great... right?

I submitted a misidentified card of mine for update of details today. Any idea how long it takes?

Anyone know how far behind they are on "Rushed" shipments?

Anywhere from a few hours to 5 days. I'd say on average about 2 days.

Economy Rushed should still be right on target. My last one I requested May 1st, it shipped out on May 3rd and I got it on the 9th

It's been somewhat slow but not dead. I try and fund my purchases on that site with my inventory proceeds to avoid sales tax on the deposits and the sales are not keeping up as they were a few months ago.

On the plus side, a minority of sellers are recognizing this and starting to lower prices.

COMC shipping delays are really putting a damper on the BlowZoo sets.

guess really just all depends on someone's inventory and pricing. April and May actually were my highest months since March 2022. I'm only about $450 away from passing last years totals.

This is correct. I promise I'm not picking on you boxbuster, but just 1 card in your inventory i noticed right away has a card priced that sells in a PSA 10 version less than the raw card. Obviously your inventory is massive and I'd imagine is tough to keep updated. (Mine isn't even that big and I don't keep 'bigger cards' updated in price).

Also you could be $55 richer selling that Valverde!

Yep, sales will always depend on what you're selling and your pricing.

My sales have been steady as always. I sell around 8 to 10% of my total port every month. I deal in mainly 1990s / early 2000s cards, and demand seems steady for that era.

The ultra-modern market is beyond saturated (with both quantity of cards and quantity of sellers), so you will need to be priced accordingly to keep your sales steady if you mainly deal in "newer" material.

Default All I want to do is talk about COMC

Noob question- are submission timeframes to PSA through COMC guaranteed at all? Like say a 45 day turnaround.

I submitted my card April 1st, 45 day turnaround to PSA. 48 business days have now passed and it’s still processing. I guess they are not including days in shipping, but this has me wondering if there are any guarantees with that 45 day number, or does it not even matter.

Edit: 47 business days I guess with Memorial Day

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping both ways.

Thanks. Should have expected as much I guess.

Man it takes a long time to grade through PSA through there. (I’m not usually a grader, just trying it out on 1 card).

I mean the entire card markets down as a whole, so I'd say most of us are experiencing a decline. If you aren't then you're ahead of the curve.

Agree with that. I had outstanding sales Jan to mid-March, but a lot of that was because I sent in a lot of cards during the summer promo last year that mainly processed in late November/December and so I had much better than usual inventory.

Mid-Mar to now is running a little more than 10% below last year in terms of sales, even though my inventory is still significantly better than it was this time last year. And if anything I'm pricing more aggressively (especially but not only to get rid of some the remaining 2019-20 junk that I mistakenly bought when I first got into flipping!)

As a disclaimer I only buy Nebraska football cards but do pay attention to the big picture.

I see no or very little dropping of prices on what I buy. I have seen a little drop in a few other players and sets. I really do not see a overall trend up or down. That said it does not mean some cards will not drop when others will skyrocket up.

I'm retired so I have a lot of time to jump around on different sites along with my contacts local. This is what I seen/heard with the card market. Approx. %

20% States it is going downhill fast, and they complain it is the worst it has been for a long time.
35% States it is an up and down depends on what is the hype on that day/month. More leveling off as a whole.
20% States it is great and will keep going up. It is the best they have seen in years and is happy as .
25% States they do not know or care they are just doing their thing.
