Has anyone submitted for reholder service? If so what was turnaround time for your order.

My 4 card reholder order is going on 4 weeks. First couple stages moved quickly but its been stuck in grading/QC stage.

Just wondering if this was normal.

I sent 51 in bulk on same exact timeframe. Seeing turnaround times for CSG and SGC dip. Would indicate both are getting less volume, will be telling if its related to global economy, or PSA effect.

I did an eight card reholder order (green 9.5 to black 10) when they first announced the service. About two weeks door to door.

I'm in the same boat on a 5-card reholder order. Received by CSG on 5/23. Still waiting.

I've got a 48 card reholder there right now. It's my second reholder order, and the first one took a bit longer than I thought it would.

Well, I think CSG is having some issues with their online system. I am back at receiving now, which makes more sense than going immediately into grading.

It has always been like that. Just make sure that you take action if the sub seems like it is late or taking longer than usual. Had one sub that bounced backwards, that sub ended up a few months late. Stay on top of it and say something to them. I did not say anything, the sub was only push thru only because i finally talked to them on the phone and they actually went to find the sub and pushed it thru in a couple of days.

Agreed! I noticed that as well. With a bulk order, being In Receiving makes far more sense. When It went straight to grading I scratched my head and began to wonder if that was because they are getting less orders. I think they are still the play at the price, if you can hold until the market stabilizes and people see more CSG slabs in person.

CSG is still grading super fast. Sent in a Economy order - Received 6/3, put in the system 6/6, billed on 6/7, and grading done/shipped today! Can't complain about that.

This was mostly a test order as I had not used CSG before but I love the grades I got, the 2012 cards were freshly pack pulled which no doubt helped. I did the SuperFractor just for protection purposes but was hoping it would get at least a 9 so overall very pleased.

Cards arrived after bouncing around a little in shipping and a missed delivery yesterday. They left out the image variation on the JD label. The Wilson was a cracked BGS 9.

Have this on the way back to me now. I must have missed something significant, because I was hoping for a 9.5. Ouch

From the back image it looks like the bottom left-hand corner got lifted.

People are quick to discount a company that has been around for only 1 year. We cannot see the future, but with the hobby less on fire and many cards not getting back the grading cost of the slab, they are the less expensive at the moment and awesome slabs.

If all you want is cheap, dont grade. We all can see that a card is mint or gem mint in general. Put your cards in a sleeve, card saver or magnetic. If the card appreciates to the point it is valuable. Send it to PSA.

I don't care what the grade is, that is one gorgeous card.

Why are you always so negative.

Is it because you were part of the people who sent junk to CSG and expected to make big return but end up taking a loss. Mad at CSG because of your own action. Junk in - Junk out

I chose CSG because of the value. Not all cards are to be flipped. However having cards slabbed will allow me to liquidate quicker when I stop collecting. IMO its far better option to liquidate raw cards.

Not mad, just telling the truth.

I dont really collect ultra modern or dont even sell on ebay. So you have no clue.

CSG might be good for noobs like you that only started grading now with CSG. Just stating exactly what happened , The noobs grading now might have a better experience and enjoy cheap, for cheap cards.

Walmart will always be walmart.

You are in walmart and enjoy walmart of TPG. nothing wrong, i shop at walmart sometimes.

*** Are you planning to quit in a month ? Cause if you have time, send them to PSA and just wait a couple months more , may cost you more now, but you will 2x your return in the future grading with PSA. "If you have the luxury of waiting." If you need money now, grade with CSG so you can recover from your mistakes.

Keep on grinding and flipping. That is what works for you.
CSG is great for low end flipping and ultra modern.

*Some people are in a different situation than grinding and flipping.
