Ignoring it or writing it off as “some dumb kid doing dumb stuff” is willful ignorance of all the red flags. I welcome the concept of someone trying to create consequences, hopefully before something more serious happens.

That may be, but they used to while it was legal in some states. Point is, your employer makes the rules, and they may or may not mesh with what is legal in your state.

Well yeah. At the time there was a lot of takes about whether it was a gun or a laser pointer, not that I personally thought it made much difference because the threat was obvious. But after seeing more, my point is it seems all the more likely it was actually a gun, not just childish laser pointer antics like some Ja apologists suggested at that time.

How many tragedies have happened where guys were playing with guns and the loaded gun goes off and kills a friend or sibling.

Isn’t a huge issue of his that he’s incredibly reckless on the court which leads to injuries? I don’t think he’s had anything significant but feel like it’s coming sooner or later with how he drives at the basket.
