So I just had some allergy testing. I'm going to have to modify my eating habits a little bit but I figured there's one thing I know I can eat based on the testing. I can have scrambled eggs that come from cage-free chickens that are born in Pahrump Nevada that are cooked in a clean room by a left-handed biracial transgender chef. I'll work on the rest as we go along

Pro tip:
Most retirement plans offer a loan option. As long as you pay it back no penalty.

Is that all you could handle before your butt gets sore from sitting and not reclining?

What if the chef is unknowingly triracial?

Sounds good in theory, let us know when she stops paying and you have to make the payments. Hoping I'm wrong.

Yes...but follow me here....
If it were a loan without penalty he wouldn't have mentioned the IRS penalty.

I know it's hard because there are no pictures or animation to keep you focused....but if it was a loan he wouldn't have referred to it as a withdrawal.

I mean I don't think FT is an intellectual...but surely he knows the difference between a loan and a withdrawal with penalty.

Now...shhh...the grown ups are talking.

Do what makes you happy. If it's lake house, buy the lake house.

I wear hats every day at work. Jeans, too.

They can just all deal with it. You get stuff done and you care about the kids.

Busy day at the crisis house I run. Moving someone out into permanent housing. Moved someone in yesterday to start their journey.

2/2 in housing people
1/1 in getting someone into the right placement
1/1 in saving someone's leg. He was going to have it amputated if he couldn't get this surgery which they refused refused to do because he was living in his car.

We had to pay for my husband's winter class out of pocket. Thankfully, I was saving for it.

I have to take my Son to his orthodontist appointment this evening. That's always fun.

The buyer is coming over too with their own contractor. yesterday, there was no wetness on the exposed cinder block and if you pull the insulation back a little in that area, you see no stains around the cinder blocks minus the area where the water pipes come into the house. I'm hoping this means, they will give her a good report and she will continue on the process of buying the house.

Old UP-1171 sitting DOA behind the shop with blown tires.

UP brought the monster apparati on site to move the El Loco to our side of the road in order for tire changing to commence.

Monster crane had monster tracks.

Guess they will continue working on the old girl today.

Came out after the games last night and it was pouring down rain. Wasn't even calling for rain. In the winter, it should be snow or nothing. Nobody wants rain in the mid 30's.
