It's the same with SSD. The number is higher than 2k, but not too much higher. Sadly, you may need to take some of that over-20k and convert it to cash or some other form that is non-traceable. Others know that stuff far better than I do and could you better advise.

I spent my $125 bonus on a Jeter 93 SP PSA 5 and some other HOF RC slabs at the LCS last Friday.

This is why I keep VERY little of my money in traceable accounts. As far as anybody knows, I have little to no money because it's not banked.

There are 3 Walmarts that have exceptional card sections but here’s the problem they are pretty far from my house. The closest 2 are Forrest and Newton which are an hour and an hour and a half away. The one in Greenville which happens to be my favorite is 3 hours away. The one I went to yesterday is a 15 minute ride just wish they carried more baseball.

It’s a sad state of affairs when we have to be so secretive with our money, but unfortunately we are better off not letting certain groups know what we have.

I was up at 6:30 to turn the "heat" on in the gym I have to open for practice. By heat I mean 1 very small heater in a full sized high school gym. The school hasn't been open in more than 10 years, and is falling apart. It was 40 degrees inside when I got over there. I have the heat cranked to 80 and came back to the office. Maybe by the time I get back it will be 50 in there.

The "CEO" of the YMCA will not respond to me after yesterday. I have asked him over and over to send me any dates that we cannot use the facility so that I can schedule out the rest of practices and the season. At this point, I'm doing the schedule and if he says we can't have the gym on a day I'll just tell him to bad.

To be a CEO, he sure is horrible at his job. Maybe that's why a few of his board members have asked if I'd have any interest in the position. Wonder if he knows that.

It is, but nobody can take what they don't know you have. I think the only thing I "own" that is in my name is my car.

Setting up trusts and stuff is a lot of fun. Plus if something happens where I need assistance for a nursing home or something, I don't have assets I have to sell first. Found that out the hard way with my grandpa recently. We had to sell their house and spend all of his retirement before he could get any assistance. Everything he worked for, everything he said he wanted to leave us, the house we had family events, all gone. Not happening to me, I own a 2022 Camaro, that's it.

At outlet malls was the topic at hanud. I'd rather not waste
money on carpet, but it's needed to sell this house.

Yup. My realtor told me not to go get a VA license or change my car tags over until after closing on my MD house. If I do, MD will take 8% of the home sale.

It's stupid how stuff works. "Oh you're moving from our state? Then pay us more money before you go".

Add that to things I don't understand, right up there with income and property taxes. Why am I paying you money because I went to work all day? And why am I paying you money for buying property with the money I make?

Just toss a rug down.

You could use the one off Boo’s head.

Should have just given an allowance, what if someone doesn’t like what you picked.
