Your clock hasn't started yet. Its 20 BD after it hits Research stage.

Should have been logged already if it was Value Plus. This is very typical for Value Bulk orders.

That's not true. Sent an order in and it's already in Research. Packaged with a Regular order that's already in Grading. If this was really a Value Plus Order, you are getting the standard BS response.

Waiting on two cards /25. Saw two more PSA 9s enter the Pop Report. I haven’t had my grades pop yet.

1) Can I safely assume my two cards aren’t the 9s that were just updated?
2) Is it true that Pop Report doesn’t update until after grades revealed and when they ship out?

I have several pop 1 cards and they didn't show in the PSA pop report until cards were shipped or received

Same thing happened to me. I thought QA checks were after grades. Maybe they switched to the old format.

Yes to both. Pop report doesn’t update until a day or two after completion

I’m kind of confused what this “green check assembly” is. It isn’t a checkpoint on the status page. So “grades ready” doesn’t happen next? This is a first? My value plus order was due June 27th and it’s been sitting in assembly for the past 7 days. I spoke to customer service and they said they’re experiencing delays in the assembly stage.

My guess would be that the process happens like this:

Assembly - in process means they're actually either in line to be assembled or they are actively assembling the cases after grading.

Green Check Assembly - The assembly itself is complete, but they are sitting in line waiting to be scanned then entered into the database or are in process of being scanned/entered. This is only visible on the website, and not through the App. The checkmark on the timeline is literally set to a green checkmark saying it's complete, but it hasn't moved into the Grades Ready stage.

Grades Ready - Everything is done and they reveal.

TCG bulk order?

And, since 4/18/25 it has been roughly 52 business days. 65 days is their service level agreement so they are something like 13 business days ahead of schedule.

But it's still nearly 3 months where it used to take them a month.

New normal. Dystopian present.

Seen some people also get the weird QA Checks. Before you would get grades already but I have a couple orders just sitting in the weird QA Checks now after assembly green check. Think PSA changed something to be like the old system.

PSA/DNA is typically the slowest of the slow, with a turnaround leaning more towards 4 months now.

I have a single PSA/DNA order with auto grading that I sent in mid May. It took about 5 weeks for PSA to even start the clock.

Est. Completed: September 10, 2025

They'll likely miss the deadline, then state "Estimates are just estimates" and I'll get it back at the end of September.

I believe before that grades were released in between assembly and QA checks but now it seems they come after.
