Got mine sorted with a quick call as well. Accounting re-ran my card and the order released.

PSA created the shipping label for my package on Monday and it still says USPS is waiting for the package. So I called PSA and they said this is abnormal, so they are looking into it. They said the package left the facility. Kind of sucks.

Yes...this is the most poorly run business out there...they need a real manager to ramrod that operation...sad part is Beckett isnt any better...ive received my cards before grades or shipping info was ever posted.

Tracking went from pre-shipment to saying it’s in a Vegas. I don’t know what to think anymore. Lol

Could be a glitch in the shipper's tracking system or someone missed scanning the package...but it sounds like it's on its way....woohoo/congrats to you. Christmas in November

Mine did that last week. I thought it was misplaced or something. When I went to get my mail, it was waiting on me. My postman was trying to scan it, and there was a big wrinkle in the shipping label which kept it from being scanned. Probably what happened with yours too if I had to guess.

Received a rmail from them in response about the catd at 72 days....delay caused by unusually large amount of submissions...same excuse, different month.

I had a National drop off bulk order that went to grading yesterday and assembly today 11/8. I did get a chance to review yesterday. Hopefully I see the cards next week, fingers crossed.

Just card grade...although it was an auto...1997 leaf ken stabler auto card.

Those older certified autos need to be dual graded don't they? That's probably the hold up.

How long are orders normally delayed when an error needs to be corrected in the "Assembly" portion? I think I should have just let the error go through as my previous orders had been going through assembly, QA1, and QA2 at a pretty good pace before I marked an error on this one. Hopefully they don't shove error order to the back of the line.

I corrected an error, it appeared to slow the process down a week.

I had one error that I noted too, mine is still in "Assembly". Will post an update if/when it clears. Had moved to "Grading" and then "Assembly", both on 11/4.

Only issue with mine is that the error is fixing the year on a vintage "insert" that I can't find in their Pop report, so it may be the first one they've graded...or just the first one dated correctly, assuming they fix the error. I'm hoping it won't drag out too long.

Still in assembly with review, even though there are no errors to report. Getting way too antsy even though it isn't "due" until December
